The Pole Dance Series

*Beginner Babes - Pole Dance Basics & Pole dance Workout Classes

Weekly classes to introduce you to body movement elements, pole dance fundamentals, technique, flow and fluidity.

Strength building, flexibility, floorwork and getting a little…or a lot sexy! This class includes a dynamic dancer's warm up followed by transition skills and body awareness. Get ready to get sweaty, strong and sexy, all while building the skills to dance confidently.

This class is open to all levels.

 

 

Pole Dance - Trick Essentials

Take your  skills to the next level. In level 2, we will be introducing more spin techniques and strength building skills. If you are looking to get upside down, you will be focusing on proper technique to conquer your invert!

 

As well as strength based moves with the pole and on the floor, all our classes focus on incorporating the dance element, so we will end off each class with a pole flow combination.
 

It is recommended that you bring:
water bottle

yoga mat

knee pads

layers (for flexibility portion of class)

**Successful completion of Beginner Babes - Pole Dance Intro level 1 required. Talk to your instructor to be approved for enrollment into level 2.

 

 

*Pole Dance - Intensive - Condition/strengthen/stretch

We will cover pole skills, conditioning, choreo and combos

with time spent on perfecting your nemesis moves or personal requests.

 

You are required to attend the warm up in order to participate in the class, but you are not required to stay for the full 2 hours. Exercise body awareness and take breaks or start a cool down when necessary.

This class is open to Pole Dance - Level 2 and up.

 

*Pole Dance - Intensive - Skills/combos

Covering pole skills, conditioning and combos. Focus also on perfecting your nemesis moves and other personal requests.

 

You are required to attend the warm up in order to participate in the class, but you are not required to stay for the full 2 hours. Exercise body awareness and take breaks or start a cool down when necessary.

This class is open to Pole Dance - Level 2 and up.

 

*Open Pole

Prep for a performance, work on your flexibility, practice combos and flow learned in weekly classes or just hang out with your fellow SHE babes.

 

This class is best for working on moves that you already know or need help with from the instructor.

 

Complimentary with valid membership or passes. $15 drop in fee for guests.

 

This class is open to Pole Dance - Level 2 and up. 

Exotic Dance Series

*Dirty Heels - Exotic pole dance 
A low flow, basework, exotic style SHE specialty class that books up fast!

 

Dirty Heels is a SHE signature choreo class designed to make you sweat, build strength, get flexy and polish your dance skills.

 

We will be warming up in true dancer's style with high kicks, dynamic full body movements and stretches followed by strength and tricks that will lead into weekly choreo routines with options for beginners to advanced dancers that you can incorporate into your own pole flows.

 

Mandatory - Knee pads, leg warmers

Optional - Heels

This class is open to Pole Dance - Level 2 and up.

 

 

*Split.Grind.Crawl - Sexy floorwork & chair flexy movement

The floor is your dance partner now. Get strong, flexy and fluid while staying grounded in exotic dance flow.

This class is open to Pole Dance - Level 2 and up.

 

 

 

Dance & Conditioning

*All Over Flexy - Stretching & flexibility

Leading you through safe techniques to enhance your flexibility, beginner to advanced dancers will benefit from weekly focus on different areas and continuous flow.

 

**PLEASE NOTE - If you are joining us just for the flexibility class, arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before class to start warming up.

 

Recommended - Yoga mat, block, strap, ankle weights and dress in layers.

This class is open to all levels.

 

 

*Balanced Babes

Spend your class upside down! Use this hour to begin or perfect your journey to balance. This is a guided practice towards achieving balanced forearm stands and handstands.  

 

SHE babes will learn different floor-to-pole lifts that test and build balance, while strengthening invert technique and improving your dancer's stamina.

This class is open to all levels.

 

 

Choreo Foundations

This is a choreo class, focusing on the foundations needed to build your stamina, dance flow and understanding of the SHE style of pole dance!

 

 

**Register in advance to reserve your spot! This dance will be performed at the SHE showcase, Apr. 22nd.

 

 

This class is open to all levels.

 

 

*Cheeky SHE

Got glutes? Bring them to the studio for this fast-paced fusion of booty shaking choreo and pole. Learn how to isolate your glutes and pop it like a Fly Girl.

 

Come barefoot and in shorts for the pole portion.

 

Mandatory - Knee pads, leg warmers.

Optional - Sneakers.

This class is open to Pole Dance - Level 2 and up.

 

 

*Flexotic Flow

A sexy spin on our flexibility class while moving safely through your stretches. Get nice and warm, and build your strength, flexibility and flow all at the same time.

 

Optional - Knee pads, leg warmers and layers (recommended).

This class is open to Pole Dance - Level 2 and up.

 

 

*Heels & Pole Conditioning - Strength & technique

We will be working on dance conditioning skills to tone, strengthen and improve your dance skills while wearing heels.

 

Focus on inverted basework, handstands, press ups and balance. An overall strengthening class for the pole dance lover.

 

Optional - Heels (recommended).

This class is open to Pole Dance - Level 2 and up.

 

*SHE Techniques - All levels

Perfect your every move. Breakdown your flow to get flawless lines, effortless movement and develop your confidence on the dance floor.

 

Optional - Heels, knee pads, leg warmers, layers (recommended).

 

**This class is NOT AVAILABLE to those on GROUPON or INTRO PASSES. Please check with the SHE studio if you are on a BEGINNER MEMBERSHIP and would like to enroll.
