*All Over Flexy - Stretching & Flexibility

Leading you through safe techniques to enhance your flexibility, beginner to advanced dancers will benefit from weekly focus on different areas and continuous flow.


**PLEASE NOTE - If you are joining us just for the flexibility class, arrive a minimum of 5-10 minutes before class to start warming up.

Recommended - Yoga mat, block, strap, ankle weights and dress in layers.

This class is open to all levels.



*Balanced Babes

Spend your class upside down! Use this hour to begin or perfect your journey to balance. This is a guided practice towards achieving balanced forearm stands and handstands.  


SHE babes will learn different floor-to-pole lifts that test and build balance, while strengthening invert technique and improving your dancer's stamina.

This class is open to all levels.



*Cheeky SHE

Fast-paced fusion of booty shaking choreo and dance skills.

Learn how to isolate your glutes and pop it like a Fly Girl.


Barefoot or indoor sneakers, 

Knee pads, leg warmers.

All levels

Split.Grind.Crawl - Floorwork

Find your wild as you slow it down and build your flexibility, body awareness and smooth dance flow in our floor work class, Lean choreo combinations and dance techniques for all levels. 

Heels optional, knee pads recommended as well as leggings, or leg warmers.
