Studio Rental for SheBabe

Service Description

$35/hour + HST Available for Shebabes with an active monthly reoccurring membership only. Payment for the studio rental is due 48 hours prior to date of rental or as indicated on the invoice. By sending in this rental request, you hereby waive, release and forever discharge, Monique Volpe and all She pole dance studio owners and operators, its directors, officers, instructors, representatives, leasers and all others (the "releases") from any and all responsibilities or liability from personal injury, death, damage to the property or loss of any kind resulting from the use of equipment belonging to or made available by releases due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, or any breach of duty of care, and also including the failure on the part of the releases to safeguard or protect you from the risk, dangers and hazards of exercising independently and/or without supervision.
